Shipping Information – Lucky & Aura

At Lucky & Aura, we strive to provide the best shipping experience for our customers. Every day, we ship to hundreds of customers worldwide, ensuring fast and reliable service at all times.


1. Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries worldwide, except for those restricted by shipping carriers. Currently, we are unable to ship to:

  • Bahamas
  • Yemen
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Sudan
  • Syria

We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to expand our shipping coverage.


2. How much does shipping cost?

  • Free shipping on orders over US$69.99 (regular-priced items only).
  • Premium Shipping: US$6
  • Express Shipping: starts from US$29.99

Note:

  • Free shipping does not apply to free promotional items.
  • Shipping cost for free items (approx. US$18) cannot be waived, as it covers handling, shipping, and customs fees.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination. We aim to keep shipping affordable, but all charges are subject to carrier policies.


3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
(Excludes customs delays, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.)

Order Processing: 2–5 Business Days

Shipping Time:

  • Express (FedEx / DHL): 6–8 Business Days
  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 Business Days

  • If you enter incorrect shipping information, contact us within 2 hours. We cannot redirect orders after processing.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking information. You can then click TRACK MY ORDER to follow your package.

5. Why hasn’t my tracking information updated yet?

For handmade products from Tibet or Nepal, the tracking number may take 3–5 days to appear in the system after the package reaches the international shipping center. Please be patient while international transit updates are processed.


6. What if my package doesn’t arrive?
