This Return Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By making a purchase from Lucky & Aura, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy. Any disputes arising from returns or refunds shall be resolved pursuant to the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions in our Terms of Service.

Yes! You may return or exchange an item within the first 30 days of your receipt. Whether it’s an incorrect size, broken product, or you just changed your mind, we’ll be glad to help you get a refund or replacement!
We want to make this work for you. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which means if you simply don't like your item, you can request a return.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial of your refund within 3 business days.

Lucky & Aura is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer before contacting us, as processing delays are beyond our control.
Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing contact@luckyandaura.com with your order number and the subject line "CANCELLATION REQUEST."
We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation requests received after 12 hours will be honored, even if the order has not yet shipped.
We encourage you to contact us directly at contact@luckyandaura.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer. Most issues — including non-delivery, damage, and dissatisfaction — can be resolved faster through our return and refund process than through a chargeback process, which can take 30-90 days.
Filing a chargeback for a purchase that is otherwise eligible for a refund under this policy, without first contacting us, may be considered misuse of the chargeback process and could result in your account being flagged and future orders declined. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly shall be subject to the binding arbitration provisions in our Terms of Service.

To make a warranty claim, email contact@luckyandaura.com with your order number and photos documenting the defect. Approved warranty claims will receive a replacement item of equal or comparable value.
Replacement shipping is free within the United States; international replacement shipping costs may apply. The Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Lucky & Aura reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a defect is covered under the Lifetime Warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
